GetDictionaryDescription

This function gets the description of currently selected position from specified dictionary field.

Syntax

GetDictionaryDescription("fieldTitle");

Function arguments

• fieldTitle – (String) the defined dictionary case form field

Return value

This function returns String. Returns the description of selected position from specified dictionary case field, or an empty string if it is not set.

Examples

Example 1: This will get description from ’DictionaryField1′ and store its value in ’fieldDescription’ variable.

fieldDescription = GetDictionaryDescription("DictionaryField1");
