Round

This function will round specified value to specified number of decimal places.

Syntax

Round("number", "decimalDigits");

Function arguments

• number – (Decimal) The number to be rounded.
• decimalDigits – (Decimal) The number of decimal places to round to.

Return value

This function returns Decimal. Returns input number rounded to specified number of decimal places

Examples

Example 1: This will return ’3.141′.

num = 3.141516
Round(num,3);

Example 2: This will return ’3.1′.

num = 3.1
Round(num,3);
