CaseStatusId

This function returns id of the current case status or specified status.

Syntax

CaseStatusId([statusName]);

Function arguments

• statusName – (String) [Optional] Name of the status to get id

Return value

This function returns String. Returns id of the given status or an empty string if non set or found.

Examples

Example 1: Get the current status id of the current case and store it in ’currentStatusId’ variable.

currentStatusId = CaseStatusId();

Example 2: Find cases in the current procedure that are in „Accounting” status (function FindCase can search only by status id).
