GetEmail

This function gets specified user’s main email address.

Syntax

GetEmail("userLogin");

Function arguments

• userLogin – (String) The login of the user for which email address is to be retrieved

Return value

This function returns String. Returns email address for specified user (i.e. 'r.simmons@company.com’) or an empty string, if there is no email address available for that user.

Examples

Example 1: This will get main email address for user with login 'j.simmons’ and store it in 'mail’ variable.

mail = GetEmail("j.simmons");

Example 2: This will get main email address for current user and store it in 'myMail’ variable.

myMail = GetEmail( CurrentUser() );
